A first of its kind

 

In our first real-estate development in Nebwurgh, Liberty Street Partners forged a relationship with the City of Newburgh and the Newburgh Community Land Bank to renovate this four story building on the corner of Broadway and Liberty Street - the epicenter of Newburgh's revitalization.

Through collaboration, hard work and sheer-will, this once abandoned eye-sore is now home to a restaurant and six residential units above. 

This property is the first adaptive-reuse, mixed-use, and mixed-income development in the City of Newburgh - made possible through the use of Historic Tax Credits, the Newburgh IDA, and the Orange County Office of Community Renewal.
